Schedule and launch a workflow
Choose timing, spread sends over days, and launch safely.

Choose your timing
- 1 Attach a contact list to the workflow.
- 2 Pick how contacts enter: send now, at one scheduled time, or at a time of day in each contact’s own timezone.
- 3 To batch, set a per-day cap, the weekdays to send, and a daily hours window. You’ll see an estimated "fully sent by" date.
Launch and adjust
- 1 Activate the workflow, then launch.
- 2 For local-time sends, resolve any contacts missing a timezone when prompted.
- 3 After launch, use Edit schedule to re-spread contacts who haven’t been sent yet — already-sent contacts keep their history.
Good to know
- Pausing a workflow freezes every contact on their current step until you resume.
- Use Reset launch or Return to draft instead of re-launching to avoid accidental double-sends.
- Edits to a live workflow only affect contacts who haven’t reached that step yet — anyone who already passed it keeps what they were sent.
- The daily send window is contact-addition time in your timezone, not the contact’s timezone; the contact’s own timezone is still decided by the workflow’s timezone steps.
