Unsubscribes

Bounces
Good to know
- A permanent (hard) bounce marks the contact bounced and unsubscribed automatically.
- Bounced contacts are never emailed again in any workflow, which protects your deliverability.
- A contact is never sent the exact same email twice — even across different workflows.
