The building blocks
Good to know
- Project — a separate workspace holding its own workflows, contacts, lists, and fields.
- Sender — a mailbox (or LinkedIn account) you send from. You connect your own.
- List — a named group of contacts you can attach to a workflow.
- Workflow — a sequence of steps that each contact runs through automatically.
- Step — one action in a workflow: send an email, wait, branch, or exit.
- Merge tag — a placeholder like a contact’s first name that’s filled in per person when the email sends.
