Add if / else branching
Send contacts down different paths based on what they do.
Add a condition
- 1 Add a condition step where you want the path to split.
- 2 Choose the signal to check: opened email, clicked email, replied to email, replied on LinkedIn, or connection accepted.
- 3 Set how long to wait for that signal (for example, up to 3 days).
- 4 Build the "yes" and "no" branches with their own follow-up steps.
Good to know
- Combine email and LinkedIn in the branches — e.g. if connected, message; if not, send an email.
