Connect the mailboxes you already use
Bring your own accounts — nothing to migrate, no new address to warm up from scratch.
Connect Gmail
Sign in with Google once. Your name and email are read in automatically, and messages send through Gmail so replies thread correctly.
Connect Outlook / Microsoft 365
Connect a work, school, or personal Outlook mailbox. Sends through Microsoft with attachments and reply threading intact.
Connect any SMTP mailbox
Have a different provider? Add it by SMTP with host, port, credentials, and TLS — any mailbox can be a sender.
Guided setup wizard
A step-by-step wizard walks you through channel → provider → identity and signature → limits, so a new sender is ready in a minute.
Test the connection
Verify a sender can actually send — not just sign in — before you rely on it. Unconfigured senders are clearly flagged.
Rich-text signatures
Give each sender an HTML signature with images. A preview warns you if a signature won’t actually be appended.
Sending that protects your reputation
Pace, cap, and watch every send so large campaigns stay healthy.
Hourly & daily limits
Cap how much each sender sends per hour and per day. New email senders start conservative (6/hour, 50/day) and the budget is shared evenly across your active workflows.
Throttled, paced queue
Emails are released one at a time per sender with randomized gaps, inside your send window and within your limits.
See and control the queue
View each sender’s outgoing queue with recipient, time, and preview. Cancel a queued email, remove a contact, or pause and resume the sender.
Over-subscription warnings
Sender cards warn you in red when a sender is shared across too many workflows or when demand exceeds its daily limit — and explain how to fix it.
A tidy Sent folder
Workflow sends are filed into a dedicated "TurboWorkflow" label or folder so your personal Sent stays clean and internal views don’t skew your stats.
Per-sender activity history
Every sender keeps its own timeline: how many emails it sent and to whom, engagement, failures, cap hits, and configuration changes.
Common questions
Do you send from your own servers or mine?
From yours. You connect your own Gmail, Outlook, or SMTP mailbox and TurboWorkflow orchestrates the sending on top of the account you already own — so your existing deliverability carries over.
How do you help me avoid spam filters?
Every sender has hourly and daily limits, and messages are released one at a time with randomized gaps inside your chosen window. Big sends ramp up gradually and look human rather than fired all at once.
Can I use more than one sending account?
Yes. Add as many senders as your plan allows and assign them per workflow. TurboWorkflow warns you if a sender is over-subscribed across too many campaigns.
